Terms and studio policy
Enquiries and bookings
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the design, the price and the appointment time with you directly.
Deposits
Custom work may require a deposit, which comes off the final price of your tattoo. Deposits cover the artist's drawing time and are non-refundable if you cancel or don't show up.
Changes and cancellations
Please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to move your appointment so we can offer the slot to someone else. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Age and ID
We only tattoo clients aged 18 or over. Please bring photo ID to your appointment. We cannot tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Health and aftercare
Tell your artist about any allergies, medication, skin conditions, pregnancy or medical conditions before we start. Healing depends on aftercare, so please follow the instructions your artist gives you. If you have any concerns while healing, contact the studio.
